Responsibilities
*3 requirements & skills for a childcare nanny/babysitter:* *1. Childcare Experience* Hands-on experience caring for babies, toddlers, or young kids — including feeding, diaper changes, and managing routines. *2. Safety & First Aid* Basic first aid/CPR knowledge, plus strong awareness of childproofing and emergency response. *3. Patience & Communication* Calm, nurturing attitude, good at engaging kids in play/learning, and able to give parents clear updates on the child’s day.
