Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair smartphone hardware and software faults. * Replace phone screens, batteries, charging ports and other components. * Handle iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and other Android devices. * Perform phone unlocking, flashing and software troubleshooting. * Identify faults and recommend appropriate solutions. * Maintain proper records of repairs and completed jobs. * Ensure all customer devices are handled professionally. * Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Requirements * Proven experience in mobile phone repairs. * Good knowledge of smartphone hardware and software. * Ability to diagnose faults independently. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Honesty, punctuality and professionalism. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Minimum SHS qualification; technical training or relevant certification is an advantage.
