- *Daily Shop Management:* Open and close the shop, make sure everything runs smoothly - *Supervise Barbers:* Make sure barbers are on time, working well and attending to customers - *Customer Service:* Welcome customers, handle complaints, make sure customers are happy and come back - *Cash & Sales:* Handle daily money, keep records of sales and report to owner - *Cleanliness & Beauty Standards:* Ensure shop is always clean, neat and professional - as the flyer says "Look Good Feel Good Everyday" - *Stock Management:* Check barbing products, creams, towels, equipment and request new ones when needed - *Marketing:* Bring new ideas to get more customers, especially ladies and men who love good grooming In short: *You are the boss of the shop* - you manage the people, the customers, and the money

Responsibilities

*Requirements:* - Must be Female - Lives around Adenta, Madina, Adenta Barrier, Ritz - close to work - Beauty/Barbering background is a plus - 1-2 years experience managing a salon, barbershop or beauty shop - Can work full-time, including weekends *Skills they want:* - *Leadership:* Can control staff and make sure work is done - *Customer Service:* Friendly, smiley, good communication - *Basic Phone/Computer:* WhatsApp, Instagram to post shop work and reply customers - *Can Barb or Style:* Not compulsory but big advantage if you can help with small cuts/style when busy
