Responsibilities * Report to work on time and follow assigned schedules and shifts. * Follow all company policies, procedures, and instructions from supervisors. * Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient customer service. * Take customer orders accurately and process payments responsibly. * Prepare and handle food according to company standards and hygiene requirements. * Keep the restaurant, kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. * Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served within the expected time. * Check and properly handle stock, packaging, and restaurant supplies. * Communicate customer complaints, shortages, equipment problems, and other issues promptly. * Maintain good personal hygiene, professional appearance, discipline, and attitude. * Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them properly. * Protect company property, cash, equipment, products, and confidential information.

Minimum SHS/WASSCE or equivalent. Must be 20years and above. Must be punctual and committed to assigned working hours. Must be physically fit enough to stand and work for extended periods. Requirements & Skills

Minimum Qualification Requirements * Minimum of SHS/WASSCE or equivalent. * Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage. * Must be 18 years or above. * Must be able to communicate clearly in English. * Must be punctual, reliable, honest, and disciplined. * Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Must maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance. * Must be physically capable of standing and working for extended periods. * Must be willing to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team. * Must demonstrate good customer-service skills and a positive attitude.
