* Play keyboard for church services, rehearsals, prayer meetings and ministry programmes. * Attend ministry activities and rehearsals approximately 5 days per week. * Work closely with the choir, worship team and church leadership. * Prepare songs and musical arrangements ahead of services and rehearsals. * Support the musical development and growth of the ministry. * Participate actively in rehearsals and help the team achieve musical excellence. * Maintain and continually develop keyboard skills. * Contribute to a unified, disciplined and spiritually healthy music team.

Responsibilities

* Strong commitment to the vision and growth of Word & Spirit International. * Strong keyboard-playing ability, particularly in gospel and contemporary worship. * Ability to play confidently with a choir and worship team. * Ability to learn songs quickly and follow musical direction. * Good knowledge of chords, harmonies and musical arrangements. * Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills. * Punctual, disciplined, teachable and dependable. * Ability to direct or lead a choir is a strong advantage. * Ability to help with choir arrangements, harmonies and rehearsals is an added advantage. * A genuine heart for ministry and service.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience as a keyboardist. Formal musical training is an advantage but not mandatory. Demonstrated proficiency, commitment, discipline and a heart for ministry are essential.
