Answer and make telephone calls professionally. Receive and welcome visitors and clients. Schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence. Maintain and organize office files and records. Take meeting minutes and prepare meeting documents. Manage emails and other office communications. Keep calendars and appointment schedules up to date. Handle confidential company information responsibly. Assist management and staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Minimum of SHS certificate; a certificate/diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Basic knowledge of office administration. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Previous secretarial or administrative experience is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Good typing and computer skills. Filing and record-keeping skills. Good customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of Senior High School (SHS/WASSCE) certificate. A certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and office equipment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize files, schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Good typing and record-keeping skills. Must be reliable, professional, confidential, and well-organized. Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.
