Promote and sell auto parts (engine oil, filters, brake pads, shocks, etc. to customers Handle both walk-in customers and online inquiries (WhatsApp, Jiji, social media) Respond to customer messages, calls, and orders promptly Help customers identify the correct auto parts for their vehicles Create and manage online listings (Jiji, Facebook, etc.) Update product prices, descriptions, and availability online Use basic IT tools/software to manage sales records and inventory Prepare invoices and keep accurate sales records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Support digital marketing (posting products, promotions, and offers) Meet daily/weekly sales targets Keep up-to-date with different auto parts and their uses Assist in stock checking and reporting low inventory This version fits perfectly for your kind of business (especially since you sell on Jiji).

Responsibilities

Minimum of SHS / Diploma (IT, Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus) Basic knowledge of auto parts (engine oil, brake pads, filters, etc.) is an advantage Good understanding of smartphones, computers, and internet usage Experience using WhatsApp, Facebook, and Jiji for sales is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to convince customers and close sales Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Honest, responsible, and trustworthy Good record-keeping and organizational skills Ability to learn fast and adapt to new products Previous sales experience especially in auto parts is a plus.
