1. *Sorting & Handling Clothes* - Separate clothes by color, fabric type, and washing instructions - Check pockets and remove items before washing - Identify stains and pre-treat them - Handle delicate fabrics carefully 2. *Washing & Drying* - Operate washing machines, dryers, and dry-cleaning equipment safely - Measure and add detergents, softeners, bleach correctly - Choose the right water temperature and cycle for each load - Monitor machines for faults and report issues 3. *Ironing, Folding & Finishing* - Iron, press, or steam clothes to remove wrinkles - Fold and package clothes neatly for delivery/storage - Hang garments on hangers where needed - Check for missed stains or damage before finishing 4. *Quality & Hygiene* - Ensure clothes are clean, sanitized, and smell fresh - Follow hygiene protocols, especially in hospitals/hotels

Requirements & Skills

At least a high school graduate. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work in a high paced environment. Must be able to pay close attention to details Must have basic computer skills. Must be punctual and highly disciplined. Must be able to lift loads up to 23kilos.
