The successful applicant will be responsible for: Providing security and protection for the organisation’s premises, staff, clients, visitors, and property. Monitoring and controlling access to the premises. Conducting regular patrols and security checks within and around the premises. Maintaining vigilance and promptly reporting suspicious activities, security breaches, emergencies, or unusual incidents. Keeping appropriate records of visitors, incidents, and other security-related activities. Ensuring that established security procedures and organisational policies are strictly followed. Assisting in maintaining a safe, orderly, and secure environment at all times. Performing any other security-related duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Applicants must meet all the following requirements: Possess a valid driver’s licence. Be able to drive competently and safely. Have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience. Be responsible, disciplined, vigilant, trustworthy, and reliable. Be physically fit and capable of performing security duties. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Be willing and available to work on a shift basis, including nights, weekends, and public holidays where necessary. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Please note: Possession of a valid driver’s licence and a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience are mandatory requirements for this position. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Requirements & Skills

Applicants must: Possess a minimum of a Diploma from a recognised institution. Possess a valid Ghanaian driver’s licence. Have a minimum of two (2) years of practical driving experience. Be able to drive confidently and safely. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be physically fit, disciplined, vigilant, trustworthy, and reliable. Be willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. Previous experience in a security-related role will be an added advantage.
