This position will require that the applicant prepares food, mainly local and some continental for our guests. You will also be responsible for listing market items for procurement in the market .

Responsibilities

Experience in food preparation and how to preserve food to ensure long life is important. The applicant must be willing to work flexible hours.

Requirements & Skills

practical experience in preparing food in either restaurant or hotel and at least SHS education required.
