1. *Receiving and unloading* Check incoming shipments against delivery notes, inspect for damage, and safely unload goods from trucks. 2. *Inventory management* Count stock, update inventory systems, label products, and report discrepancies to keep records accurate. 3. *Picking and packing* Locate items using pick lists, pack orders securely, and prepare them for shipping with correct labels and documentation. 4. *Equipment operation* Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move, stack, and track goods around the warehouse. 5. *Maintaining safety and cleanliness* Follow OSHA/safety protocols, keep aisles clear, report hazards, and maintain a clean workspace to prevent accidents.

Responsibilities

*requirements & skills* 1. *physical stamina*: able to lift 25kg+ consistently, stand/walk for long hours, and handle repetitive tasks 2. *attention to detail*: accurately count stock, match pick lists, and spot damaged goods or discrepancies 3. *forklift certified*: valid license to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely 4. *basic tech literacy*: experience using wms/inventory systems and rf scanners to update records 5. *safety conscious*: knowledge of osha/warehouse safety protocols, ppe use, and hazard reporting
