1. Welcome customers with a smile and show them to their table 2. Present menu and explain food and drinks to customers 3. Take accurate food and drink orders 4. Serve food and beverages to customers on time 5. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints politely 6. Keep tables, glasses, and surrounding area clean and tidy 7. Prepare bills and collect payments 8. Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service 9. Follow hygiene, safety, and uniform rules 10. Follow instructions from supervisor / manager

Responsibilities

*Requirements:* 1. SHS / WASSCE minimum 2. 0-2 years experience as waiter, waitress, or in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar) 3. Must be neat, smart, and presentable 4. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays 5. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service *Skills:* 1. *Customer Service* - Friendly, polite, and smiling 2. *Communication* - Speaks good English and at least one local language 3. *Memory* - Can remember orders correctly 4. *Teamwork* - Works well with kitchen and other staff

Requirements & Skills

*Education:* - JHS / SHS / WASSCE minimum - Certificate in hospitality, catering, or customer service is an added advantage *Experience:* - No experience needed - training will be provided - 6 months to 1 year experience in restaurant, hotel, bar, or fast food is a plus
