Responsibilities
Ability to perform manual labor (lifting, bending, long hours standing) Strength and stamina to work in different weather conditions Education Basic education (JHS/SHS) is often enough Ability to read simple instructions and keep basic records is an advantage Experience Previous farm or agricultural work experience is helpful Knowledge of crop farming or animal care is a plus Skills Ability to use farm tools and simple machinery Basic knowledge of planting, weeding, and harvesting Good observation skills (to detect pests, diseases, or animal issues) Personal Qualities Hardworking and reliable Honest and responsible
