- Adjust color balance, exposure, contrast, and sharpness using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One. - Retouch portraits, remove blemishes, and refine details while maintaining natural aesthetics. - Apply creative effects, filters, and compositions based on project requirements. - Organize and catalog digital files for efficient workflow and retrieval. - Maintain consistent naming conventions and metadata tagging for all images. - Ensure backups and secure storage of client assets. - Prepare images for high-resolution printing, ensuring accurate color calibration and output quality. - Operate and maintain professional photo printers, scanners, and calibration tools. - Collaborate with printing technicians to achieve desired results. - Communicate with photographers, designers, and clients to understand project goals. - Provide previews, proofs, and revisions based on feedback. - Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in photo editing or lab production. Proven portfolio demonstrating advanced editing and retouching skills. Familiarity with digital asset management systems and printing technologies.
