Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media). - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. - Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges using company systems. - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data protection standards. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
