Keep accurate daily records of sales, purchases, expenses, and payments. Monitor cash inflows and outflows and prepare daily cash reports. Track production records, packaging materials, stock levels, and finished goods. Reconcile daily sales, deposits, mobile money, bank payments, and petty cash. Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and basic financial reports. Assist with payroll records, supplier payments, and customer account balances. Support inventory control and report shortages, leakages, wastage, or variances. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and factory records. Assist management with monthly reports and basic compliance obligations.
Responsibilities
Minimum qualification: hnd, diploma, or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. Previous experience as an accounts officer, accounts assistant, cashier, storekeeper, or administrative accounts staff will be an advantage. Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles. Ability to use microsoft excel and basic accounting software. Must be honest, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong numerical, reporting, and record-keeping skills. Experience in manufacturing, packaging, fmcg, or water production will be an added advantage.
