- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy across all digital platforms. - Create, design, and publish high-quality content including graphics, photos, videos, and promotional materials. - Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging. - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and messages. - Generate qualified sales leads through social media campaigns and online engagement. - Promote company products, services, offers, and new arrivals effectively. - Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative marketing ideas. - Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement. - Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries. - Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting according to schedule.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications - diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field. - minimum of one (1) year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferred). - strong understanding of facebook, instagram, tiktok, linkedin, whatsapp business, and other social media platforms. - proficiency in canva, capcut, adobe creative suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage. - excellent written and verbal communication skills. - strong creativity and attention to detail. - ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
