1. Communicate with customers by phone, introduce car models, and invite them to visit the dealership; 2. Conduct on-the-ground promotions to expand the customer base and invite customers to visit the dealership; 3. Greet visiting customers and enthusiastically introduce car models, configurations, prices, and advantages; 4. Lead customers to view and test drive cars, explaining vehicle conditions and after-sales guarantees; 5. Follow up with potential customers, maintain customer relationships, and increase the conversion rate;

Responsibilities

1. Outgoing personality, good communication skills, responsible, and strong execution ability; 2. Passionate about sales and willing to learn about automobiles; 3. Diligent, proactive, and driven to earn money; 4. Proficient in using mobile phones and social media, and willing to engage in on-the-ground sales promotion; 5. Prior sales experience preferred, but free training is available for those without experience.

Requirements & Skills

1. Working hours: 8:30-17:30, weekends off, and public holidays observed. 2. Call allowance + high sales commission, no income cap, the more you work, the more you earn. 3. Professional training, ample stock for easy sales. 4. Clean and safe working environment, good team atmosphere. 5. Long-term stable employment, great opportunities for promotion.
