•Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process picture frame orders on WhatsApp. • Monitor and engage with followers across all brand social media platforms. • Create creative, trend-based social media content to increase brand visibility. • Provide excellent support to guide online customers through frame selection and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Must be between the ages of 18-25 years. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Twi. • Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor. • Strong customer service skills with prompt, helpful communication. • Basic content creation skills and awareness of social media trends. • Must reside in or around Abeka Lapaz.
