- Answer customer calls and reply to DMs and WhatsApp messages politely and quickly - Help customers choose products, give prices and take their orders - Record every order correctly and pass it to dispatch - Follow up with customers on payment and delivery - Shoot photos and videos of products with the team and help post them - Take part in TikTok lives when needed - Keep the office neat and follow daily instructions from the manager

Responsibilities

- Presentable, well-groomed and confident on camera - Friendly, polite and good at talking to people - Clear spoken and written English - Fast typing and comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram - Honest, hardworking and good with details - Creative and willing to learn - Able to work on-site at fixed working hours - Ladies are encouraged to apply

Requirements & Skills

- SSCE/WASSCE preferred, but a certificate is not compulsory - Basic phone or computer skills - Customer service, sales or content experience is an advantage, not required - Full training provided
