• Pick up and deliver customer orders safely and on time. • Confirm orders and delivery locations before leaving. • Handle products carefully and professionally. • Communicate clearly with customers and the customer service team. • Keep the company motorbike clean and report faults immediately. • Follow all road-safety and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Must have a valid motorcycle rider’s licence. • Must know Accra routes, especially Teshie, Nungua, Spintex and surrounding areas. • Must know how to use Google Maps. • Must be honest, punctual and responsible. • Must have good communication and customer-service skills. • Must be able to handle cash properly. • Must live around Teshie, Nungua or nearby. • Previous delivery experience is preferred.

Requirements & Skills

JHS or SHS qualification. Applicant must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English. A valid motorcycle rider’s licence is compulsory.
