responsibilities of Tailors - Take client measurements and create patterns for new clothes - Cut fabric and sew garments like dresses, shirts, trousers, suits, uniforms - Alter, repair, and resize existing clothes to fit clients properly *2. Client Consultation & Fitting* - Meet with clients to discuss style, fabric choice, design, and budget - Do fittings and make adjustments for perfect fit - Advise clients on fabric types, colors, and styles that suit them *3. Quality Control & Workshop Management* - Ensure neat finishing: hemming, buttons, zippers, embroidery, and pressing - Maintain sewing machines, tools, and keep the work area clean and organized -

Responsibilities

*1. Requirements* - *Education/Training*: JHS/SHS Certificate. Apprenticeship or formal training from a vocational school/fashion school is an advantage - *Experience*: 1-3 years hands-on experience in garment making and alterations. Portfolio of past work is a plus *2. Skills* - *Technical & Creativity Skills*: - Proficient in using sewing machines, overlockers, and hand-sewing tools - Good at pattern drafting, cutting, fitting, and garment construction - Knowledge of different fabrics, styles, and fashion trends. Eye for detail and neat finishing
