* *1. Child Safety & Supervision* - Keep children safe at all times, never leave them alone. - Watch over playtime, sleeping, bathing, and ensure the home is child-proof. *2. Feeding & Nutrition* - Prepare and feed healthy meals, bottles, and snacks on time. - Clean feeding bottles, plates, and maintain food hygiene. *3. Hygiene & Daily Care* - Bathing, dressing, changing diapers, brushing teeth. - Wash child's clothes and keep their room/area neat and clean. *4. Learning & Play Activities* - Engage children with educational games, stories, homework, and creative play. - Help with school prep and encourage good behavior and manners. *5. Health & Communication with Parents* - Give medication if instructed, handle minor first aid, notice sickness quickly. - Give parents daily updates on feeding, sleeping, mood, and activities.

Responsibilities

_1. Trustworthy & Safety Conscious_ - Must be honest, reliable, and always prioritize child safety. - No phone distraction when watching children. _2. Experience with Children & Housework_ - Knows how to handle babies, feed, bathe, change diapers, and calm a crying child. - Can cook, clean, and keep children's area tidy. _3. Patience, Love & Good Character_ - Patient, kind, respectful, and loves children. - Good communication, neat appearance, and respectful manners. _4. Health & Readiness to Work_ - Must be healthy, energetic, and willing to stay long-term if needed. - Ready to learn family rules and give daily updates to parents.

Requirements & Skills

_1. Age & Identity:_ - 25years and above - Valid Ghana Card _2. Education:_ - At least Basic Education (JHS) - Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English or Twi _3. Experience:_ - At least 6 months - 1 year experience in househelp, child care, or cooking - Knows how to handle babies, clean, and cook _4. Character & Health:_ - Honest, respectful, hardworking, and trustworthy - Healthy, neat, and energetic - No criminal record
