Prospective applicants will be responsible for processing mobile money transactions accurately, managing cash and electronic float balances, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Mobile Money Transactions Process cash-in and cash-out transactions for customers. Register new mobile money accounts where applicable. Assist customers with money transfers, bill payments, airtime purchases, and wallet services. Verify customer details before processing transactions. Resolve basic transaction-related complaints and inquiries.
