Professional barbering skills * Ability to do clean fades and modern haircuts * Good customer service and communication * Must be disciplined and punctual * Ability to attract and retain clients * Active on WhatsApp/social media marketing * Cleanliness and hygiene awareness * Teamwork and growth mindset * Ability to work under pressure * Serious and business-minded attitude

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of 1 year barbering experience * Must know modern haircut styles * Must be respectful and hardworking * Certificate is a plus but not compulsory * Must be ready to grow with the brand
