Key Responsibilities • Create and manage product advertisements across social media platforms. • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). • Create engaging content and product posts to promote items. • Manage the company’s social media pages and respond to customer inquiries. • Handle online orders and guide customers through the purchase process. • Promote new arrivals, promotions, and special offers. • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and report on sales results. • Work closely with the customer service and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. • Assist in developing new strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.

Requirements • Minimum SHS Certificate; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage. • Experience in social media marketing or online sales is preferred. • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, or digital advertising is an advantage. • Good communication and customer engagement skills. • Creative mindset with ability to create engaging promotional content. • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
