Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the appropriate use and safety protocols of industry-specific chemicals Time management skills to assist with basic hospitality tasks, such as replenishing toiletries and supplies, entering repair requests and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas Customer service skills to respond to guests’ requests Communication skills to collaborate with maintenance staff
