Key Responsibilities Machine Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic machines. Inspect, service, repair, and replace hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, air cylinders, FRL units, solenoid valves, and related components. Identify and rectify oil leakage, air leakage, pressure loss, abnormal noise, and machine performance issues. Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system faults using pressure gauges, flow meters, and other testing equipment. Troubleshoot pneumatic circuits, hydraulic circuits, control valves, sensors, and actuators. Attend to emergency machine breakdowns and restore production as quickly as possible. Preventive Maintenance Follow scheduled preventive maintenance plans for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Check hydraulic oil levels, air pressure, filters, lubrication, hoses, seals, cylinders, and connections. Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts use
Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in hydraulic and pneumatic machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Ability to read hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams. Experience with pumps, valves, cylinders, solenoid valves, compressors, FRL units, pressure regulators, and actuators. Good mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure during machine breakdowns. Knowledge of electrical controls, sensors, and PLC basics will be an advantage.
