Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee disputes, grievances, and counseling, while cultivating a positive working environment. Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies. Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems, training managers on coaching, and handling disciplinary matters. Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance, and other benefits programs
Requirements & Skills
Degree or hnd in human resources management or related field. Proven experience in a similar role
