Health Monitoring: Regularly checking vital signs (blood pressure, glucose levels, etc.) and maintaining a health log. Medication Management: Ensuring prescriptions are taken accurately and on time. Mobility Support: Assisting with walking, exercises, and preventing falls. Personal Care: Assisting with daily grooming, hygiene, and dressing as needed. Companionship: Engaging in conversation, reading, and accompanying the client to social or religious outings. Doctor Liaison: Accompanying the client to medical appointments and communicating updates to the family.

Responsibilities

Skills: strong understanding of geriatric (elderly) care and basic first aid. Attributes: patient, respectful of elderly traditions, and excellent communication skills. Language: fluency in english (fluency in fante, twi or ga). Flexibility: willingness to work, live-in.

Requirements & Skills

Completing or holding a degree or diploma in nursing (recently completed or awaiting licensing).
