Key Responsibilities: - Operate large-format printers, cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment. -Prepare print files, ensuring correct sizing, color calibration, and resolution. - Load and maintain printing materials such as vinyl, paper, canvas, and film. - Monitor print jobs for quality, color accuracy, and alignment throughout production. - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent downtime. - Troubleshoot printing errors and mechanical issues efficiently. - Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure project specifications are met. - Maintain inventory of inks, substrates, and consumables. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. - Assist with finishing tasks such as trimming, mounting, and packaging printed materials.

Core competencies: - technical proficiency with print machinery - understanding of color theory and print resolution - quality control and precision under deadlines - equipment maintenance and troubleshooting - collaboration and communication within production teams technical skills: - proficiency in rip software (onyx, caldera, versaworks), adobe illustrator, photoshop soft skills: - strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities performance indicators: - print quality and consistency - machine uptime and maintenance efficiency - production turnaround time - waste reduction and material optimization

Requirements & Skills

- high school diploma or technical certificate in printing technology or related field - 2–4 years operating large-format printers (e.G., hp latex, roland, mimaki, epson, or canon)
