- Safely transport pupils to and from school and for school trips - Pick up and drop off children at designated points on time - Ensure the safety of all children while on board, including seat belts - Keep the school bus/vehicle clean, fueled and in good condition daily - Perform daily routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights) - Report any vehicle faults, accidents or delays to school management immediately - Follow traffic rules and school routes strictly - Assist pupils getting on/off the bus and maintain discipline on board - Maintain a logbook of trips, fuel and maintenance

Responsibilities

- Must be a careful, patient and defensive driver - Good knowledge of Accra roads and routes - Good communication skills and polite attitude towards children and parents - Must be punctual, neat, honest and reliable - Ability to stay calm in traffic and emergencies - No history of reckless driving - Must be physically fit and able to assist children

Requirements & Skills

- Valid Ghanaian Driver's License - Category B / C / D (Bus / Commercial preferred) - Minimum of 1 year driving experience, preferably school bus or commercial driving - Basic education - SHS certificate - Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
