Prepare and monitor comprehensive project budgets, tracking expenses for venues, catering, decor, and marketing to prevent overspending. Manage transport, seating arrangements, equipment delivery, and guest accommodation schedules

Responsibilities

Tear-Down and Cleanup: Supervise the dismantling of equipment, clearing of the venue, and return of rented items. Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-event reviews, gather client feedback, manage final vendor payments, and write success evaluation reports

Requirements & Skills

Should have a completed senior high school education. Willing to travel to all location with in Accra and outside Accra
