Work Setup

Promote and sell construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing products, mortars, sealants, and related building materials. Identify new customers, projects, contractors, consultants, developers, and applicators. Visit project sites, hardware shops, construction firms, and potential clients to generate sales. Provide basic technical product guidance and recommend suitable product solutions. Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. Follow up on leads, quotations, customer enquiries, and payments. Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders. Support product demonstrations, site visits, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

Minimum qualification: HND, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Building Technology, Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field. Previous experience in sales, construction materials, building products, or technical sales will be an advantage. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to drive confidently. Must be target-oriented, disciplined, persuasive, and self-motivated. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding construction markets is an advantage. Must be willing to work on the field and actively pursue sales opportunities.
