Team Management: Responsible for the daily management, attendance tracking, training, optimization of sales scripts, and mentoring of new employees in the sales team. Establish a standardized sales. Performance Coordination: Set monthly/quarterly sales targets, break down tasks, and monitor progress to ensure the achievement of overall store sales volume and profit.

Responsibilities

Customer Management: Coordinate the connection with major clients, channel customers, and wholesale customers. Maintain high - end customer resources, handle customer complaints, and conduct after - sales communication. Online - Offline Coordination: Cooperate with TikTok short - video and live - streaming for customer acquisition. Guide the sales team to follow up on online leads and achieve efficient conversion and deal - closing. Market Analysis: Keep track of the local automobile market situation in Ghana, competitor prices, and changes in customer demands. Optimize the store's sales strategies and promotional activities. Data Reporting: Statistically analyze daily/weekly sales volume, leads, deals closed, and reasons for non - closure. Conduct reviews and optimizations, and report the business operation status to superiors.

Requirements & Skills

1. Must have over 2 years of local automobile sales experience in Ghana and over 1 year of experience in leading/managing a team. Be familiar with the car - buying process, loan process, and customer habits in Ghana. 2. Be fluent in English, have strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in the local language (Twi) is preferred. 3. Be familiar with the configurations of SUVs, sedans, and pickups, and understand new - car sales, inventory management, and pricing strategies. 4. Understand the logic of TikTok automobile traffic. Those who can guide the team in online conversion are preferred. 5. Have strong stress - resistance ability, a strong sense of goal, and integrity. Be capable of leading a team, maintaining discipline, and achieving results. 6. Those with a valid driver's license and familiarity with the local market in Accra are preferred.
