Health Monitoring: Daily tracking of blood pressure, glucose, and vitals. Medication Management: Ensuring strict adherence to prescription schedules. Mobility & Safety: Assisting with movement, exercise, and fall prevention. Daily Reporting: Sending digital health logs and updates to the family in the UK. Travel Companion: Accompanying the client on day trips and ensuring medical safety during transit. Collaboration: Working respectfully with the existing household helper.

Responsibilities

Clinical skills: proficient in geriatric care, vital sign monitoring, and first aid. Soft skills: exceptional patience, integrity, and respect for elderly traditions. Communication: must be fluent in english. Ability to speak fante, twi, or ga is highly preferred. Tech savvy: comfortable using whatsapp for professional reporting and working in a monitored environment. Attributes: punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Requirements & Skills

Degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution. Recently completed graduates awaiting national service or licensing (pin/ain) are also encouraged to apply.
