1.Assist Chinese staff in customer liaison, customer information registration, daily customer relationship maintenance, and related clerical work. 2.This position has no sales targets or closing quotas.

Responsibilities

1.Mandarin proficiency: Fluent in spoken Chinese, able to communicate without barriers, and capable of independently handling client interactions and business translation. 2.At least 1 year of relevant work experience; skilled and reliable. 3.Familiarity with basic knowledge of new passenger cars and SUVs, and the local car purchase process in Ghana is preferred. 4.Patient, meticulous, with a strong service orientation, polite and courteous communication, and a responsible work ethic.

Requirements & Skills

Working hours: 8:30-17:30, weekends off, and public holidays observed.
