Cashiering and Point of Sale: The primary task shown is operating a POS terminal or cash register. This involves processing customer transactions, handling payments, and likely balancing the cash drawer. Customer Service:The attendant is the main point of contact for shoppers, responsible for greeting them with a friendly manner, answering questions, and providing assistance in finding items. Inventory and Shelf Management: ensuring these are fully stocked, correctly priced, neatly arranged, and potentially tracking inventory levels for a general store that includes automotive and mechanical products Maintaining the Sales Area: Keeping the counter clean and organized, including items like straw containers and cleaning products. General Administration : must be able to read and write: responsibilities also include reading product labels, filling out forms, writing down orders, checking delivery notes, or other basic bookkeeping and communication.
