Responsibilities

Customer service skills. • Verbal good, communications skills, to give good explanation • Good concentration • Patience • Computer skills. Email, reservations and posting things on social media, like Instagram and Facebook and reply to the messages on Instagram and Facebook. • Good hospitality skills, give the customer a good experience at the shop.
