- Provide safe, timely, and courteous ride-hailing services to passengers on Bolt/Uber platforms - Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle at all times - Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies strictly - Complete daily trip quotas and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating - Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the company immediately - Keep accurate records of daily trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules

Responsibilities

- Valid Ghanaian driving license with at least 3 year of driving experience - Clean driving record with no major traffic violations - Good knowledge of Accra roads, routes, and traffic conditions - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate politely with passengers - Responsible, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends/evenings) - Basic literacy to read platform instructions and trip details - No criminal record and ability to pass company background checks

Requirements & Skills

- Valid Ghanaian driving license (Class B) - Minimum of 3 year driving experience - Basic English communication skills - No pending criminal cases or traffic-related offenses - Ability to work full-time (8-10 hours daily) - Must reside in Accra or surrounding areas
