Key Responsibilities: • Access Control: Guard the main entrance, check visitors, and log vehicles entering and leaving the property. • Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols around the premises to check for any security risks, open gates, or unusual activity. • Property Maintenance: Keep the gate area clean and tidy. • Reporting: Immediately report any suspicious behavior, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.

Responsibilities

Requirements: • Honest and Trustworthy: Must have a clean background with no criminal record. • Physically Fit: Ability to stand, walk, and stay alert for long periods. • Good Communication: Ability to speak and understand basic English clearly. • Reliable Guarantor: Must be able to provide at least one credible guarantor. • Prior experience in security or military/police training is a big plus but not mandatory.
