Key Responsibilities Distribute flyers and promotional materials in assigned locations Actively promote company products and services to potential customers Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner Support marketing campaigns and field activation activities Provide daily feedback/report on field activities and customer responses Ensure brand image is well represented at all times

Responsibilities

Minimum SHS education or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work outdoors Strong customer service and engagement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic sales and marketing knowledge is an advantage Previous experience in sales, promotion, or field marketing is preferred but not required Responsible, punctual, and hardworking Ability to meet targets and follow instructions Must be based in Accra or willing to work within assigned areas Ability to approach potential customers confidently and generate leads

Requirements & Skills

Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent qualification Previous experience in sales, promotion, or field marketing is an advantage but not required Good communication skills and a positive attitude Must be willing to work outdoors and engage with customers
