Job Type

Operate machinery and equipment safely according to company procedures. Assist with production, processing, packaging, and labeling of products. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Sort, count, and arrange finished goods. Load and unload raw materials and finished products. Follow safety rules and maintain a clean working environment. Report machine faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors. Measure and record production information when required. Assemble products or components according to instructions. Maintain proper handling and storage of materials. Meet daily production targets and deadlines. Work effectively as part of a team. Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Perform routine cleaning of work areas and equipment. Assist supervisors with other assigned factory duties.

Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work well with a team Basic understanding of safety rules and factory procedures Previous factory or production experience is an advantage (but not always required) Ability to operate simple machines and equipment (depending on the role) Skills: Teamwork and cooperation Good communication skills Time management skills Ability to follow production guidelines Quality checking and inspection skills Packaging and labeling skills Problem-solving ability Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently Safety awareness Reliability and punctuality Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Requirements & Skills

Basic Education Certificate (BECE) or equivalent is preferred No formal qualification may be required for entry-level factory worker positions Relevant factory experience is an added advantage
