Safely and efficiently deliver parcels, documents, and items via electric bike across assigned routes in Dubai Confirm pick-up and delivery details accurately before each trip Communicate delivery status and any delays promptly to dispatch/internal teams Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to meet service time targets Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss Report any incidents, accidents, or delivery issues immediately Maintain assigned e-bike in good working condition and report maintenance needs

Responsibilities

Ability to confidently ride an electric bike in urban traffic conditions Good physical fitness and stamina for extended periods of cycling Strong sense of direction and familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.) Basic communication skills in English; additional languages a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid ID/passport and eligibility to work in the UAE Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required A positive, customer-first attitude Must be ready to travel to Dubai within 2–3 weeks of selection

Previous experience as a delivery rider/cyclist is preferred, but not mandatory
