Work Setup

1. Prospect for potential clients including retailers, traders, and SMEs in Kasoa 2. Engage prospects through direct visits, phone calls, and consistent follow-ups 3. Convert leads into paying customers by closing sales effectively 4. Guide customers through account creation and registration on the Jiji platform 5. Assist clients to publish and manage ads on the Jiji platform 6. Provide customer support for account-related challenges and general enquiries 7. Market and sell paid advertising services and promotional packages 8. Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage renewals/upgrades 9. Update CRM daily with client information and sales activity 10. Meet assigned weekly and monthly performance targets

Responsibilities

1. Strong interest in sales and ability to meet targets 2. Excellent communication skills and customer-handling ability 3. Ability to remain motivated and confident despite rejection 4. Good knowledge of smartphone apps and online platforms 5. Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements & Skills

1. Less than 1 year sales experience 2. Must own an android or ios smartphone 3. Must live in kasoa and nearby areas
