Work Setup

Welcome customers and explain available vehicle models. Present vehicle features, prices, benefits, and specifications. Arrange and conduct test drives where authorized. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp. Convert enquiries into vehicle purchases. Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Build relationships with corporate clients and individual buyers.

Responsibilities

Previous experience in car sales, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to identify potential customers and close sales. Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), car features, and vehicle specifications, or willingness to learn. Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills. Ability to work with sales targets. Basic computer and social media skills. Professional appearance, confidence, honesty, and a positive attitude. A valid driver's license is an advantage.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of SHS certificate; diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
