Ensuring all content follows the organization’s branding and communication standards. Monitoring trends and developing creative strategies to increase visibility and engagement. Tracking social media performance, reach, followers, and engagement. Protecting the organization’s reputation and supporting crisis communication. Fact-checking information and ensuring ethical, accurate, and professional content. Working closely with management and other departments to promote organizational programs, services, achievements, and activities.
