About the role

Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence and
providing information to callers

Typing, preparing and collating reports

minutes)
Managing databases

Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
Logging or processing bills or expenses
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
