Job purpose
Generate revenue by selling on the phone to both individuals, corporate and
small business customers to ensure that stays the top classified
and e-commerce site in Ghana. Also, to improve the efficiency of Vertical Management (VM) operations through a Call Centre based support.

Key responsibilities and duties
The executive must be proactive in responding and handling different queries, requests, and complaints of customers as well as fully aware of the company’s policies and procedures on products and services
Adhering to all’s quality guidelines in reviewing ads with the highest quality
Anticipating problems and needs of customers and providing solutions
Handling high-pressure workload
Maintaining high confidentiality of valuable information
Be knowledgeable of the products and services of the organization
Conducting periodic surveys to maintain and improve quality inventory on the site; customer experience
Proactively coming out with challenges and solutions within the area of work.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Ensuring working tools are always in their right conditions
Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager

Eligibility/Personal qualities:
6 months - 2 years’ work experience with face to face sales/marketing to businesses
Excellent spoken and written English
Professional certificate in marketing/sales or a degree
Computer knowledge with Excel and effective browsing skill

Personal qualities:
Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quickly adapt to new processes
Great ability to work both independently and in a team
Result oriented
