We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on person, who has the same high ambitions and drive to help fuel the growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will work with the team to own the direction and coordination of departments from sales to operations in the assigned Area and ensure Tonaton.com stays the largest online marketplace in Ghana.
Identify and target areas in which the business can improve on its operations and revenue margins in the Verticals and Buy Now in the Area
Oversee employee productivity and development in the area
Build key partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities to achieve Verticals goals
Monitor market and competitor environment and feedback gaps and product needs
Formulate business strategy and policies to determine the KPIs for the team
Implement efficient processes and standards to ensure customer retention
Lead sales teams to achieve sales goals by ensuring that employees are achieving sales targets
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity, retention and engagement
Report on operational performance and suggest/implement improvements
Take ownership and do whatever it takes to get the job done ethically!
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role of leadership
Highly organised with good problem solving skills
Strong knowledge and experience in Sales and Business Development
A good budget management experience and computer skills will be helpful
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions
Prior ecommerce experience would be great, but not required
Be a strategic part of the Management team
